Refund Policy

At Sterlingberg FX Trading Academy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality forex education, mentorship, and training services. Our programs are designed with extensive time, effort, and personalized support to ensure that every student receives maximum value and results.

1.⁠ ⁠General Policy

All payments made for any of our courses, mentorship programs, or workshops are considered final and non-refundable once access to course materials or training sessions has been granted. This is because our educational content, live classes, and mentorship sessions are intellectual products that cannot be returned once delivered.

2.⁠ ⁠Course Withdrawal Before Commencement

If a student wishes to withdraw before a class begins, a refund request must be submitted in writing to our support team at info@sterlingberg.com within 48 hours of payment. A processing fee of 20% will be deducted to cover administrative and transaction costs. Refunds will not be granted after class materials have been shared or once training has commenced.

3.⁠ ⁠Missed or Incomplete Classes

No refunds will be issued for missed or partially completed classes. However, students who miss a session for valid reasons (such as illness or emergency) may be allowed to reschedule or join the next available class at no additional cost.

4.⁠ ⁠Online Courses and Digital Materials

Once access to online course materials or video content has been provided, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstance. This policy ensures the protection of our proprietary educational resources and intellectual property.

5.⁠ ⁠Cancellations by Sterlingberg FX Trading Academy

In the rare event that a class or program is canceled by Sterlingberg FX Trading Academy, affected students will receive a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule for a later session at no extra cost.

6.⁠ ⁠Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7 to 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
